Activist reveals alleged secret jails in Nairobi for abductions and torture linked to Noordin Haji

As revealed by activist Francis Gaitho, Noordin Haji, the Director of National Intelligence (NIS), is allegedly at the center of a disturbing network of abduction and detention in Nairobi.

According to reports by activist Francis Gaitho, Haji operates three secret jail sites across the city.

These sites are said to hold abductees without trial, a practice that raises serious human rights concerns.

Gaitho also revealed that the locations of these jails are reportedly spread across Nairobi.

They are in Garden Estate, Peponi Road, and near the military barracks in Mwihoko.

These sites are said to be well-guarded by a team of Administration Police officers.

These claims according to Francis Gaitho, officers carry out the abductions, taking people off the grid, with orders coming directly from President William Ruto.

This suggests that high-ranking officials are involved in the operation, making it difficult to hold anyone accountable.

The situation has become even more alarming with reports of bodies turning up in areas such as the Juja quarries and Ruiru.

One example is the case of Denzel Omondi, whose body was found under suspicious circumstances.

It is believed that these bodies are the result of detainees being tortured in the Mwihoko facility.

“If a detainee is severely injured during interrogation, sources claim they are killed and their bodies disposed of in corrosive acid to eliminate evidence” revealed one of the victims Bernard Kavuli as alleged by Gaitho.

This network of abductions as claimed by Francis Gaitho, and extrajudicial killings seems to serve the interests of a powerful elite.

These individuals are said to control key sectors of the economy, including the import and real estate businesses.

The infrastructure for these operations, from the facilities to the personnel involved, is allegedly designed to maintain the dominance of this group.

Gaitho also stated that foreign entities, including Chinese contractors, may be involved in building apartments that are reportedly linked to this network.

Gaitho further alleged that by purchasing from businesses in Eastleigh or buying apartments built by Somali developers, Kenyans may be indirectly financing these activities.

For those seeking justice, Kavuli recommends that parents of missing persons go directly to the NIS headquarters, located along Thika Road, and camp outside the gates to demand an audience with Noordin Haji.

However, it is said that the ultimate decisions about who is detained or killed rest with President William Ruto.

Some even allege that Noordin Haji paid a large sum, reportedly 1 billion shillings, to secure his position and remain untouchable, further complicating efforts to expose or halt the operations.

This situation paints a disturbing picture of corruption and abuse of power, suggesting that the country’s intelligence services are being used to maintain a dangerous system of control and violence.

The involvement of senior political figures and the apparent lack of accountability have left many questioning the integrity of the justice system and the safety of ordinary Kenyans.
