Uhuru also paid tribute to Raila’s family for standing by him through decades of political struggles.
He urged Kenyans to honour Raila’s memory by embracing peace, unity, and forgiveness. According to Uhuru, the late opposition leader’s legacy should inspire future generations to value dialogue over division.
In his final words, Uhuru said that Raila’s passing was a great loss not only to his family but to the entire nation.
