Tanasha Donna slaps Edgar Obare With Lawsuit Threat

Singer Tanasha Donna will soon clash with Edgar Obare and his legal team in court, according to a screenshot shared by Obare on Instagram and seen by 254News.

The blogger who is popularly known for exposing local celebrities might have a case in court with Tanasha Donna; who is allegedly suing him for an unnamed reason.

As seen on the screenshots, Tanasha Donna wrote to Edgar, advising him to expect a demand letter from her lawyer very soon and to get his lawyers ready too because he would need them.

Edgar however responded, saying “Is that a threat?”
Although Tanasha Donna did not mention on what grounds she will be suing Edgar Obare on; Edgar on the other hand did not seem shaken by the message received from the singer.

This comes as a big surprise considering there has not been a sign of drama between the two for the past few weeks; with Edgar promoting her new song dubbed ‘Sawa’.

The song that premiered on Youtube on May 29, 2020 amassed over 50,000 views.

Tanasha Donna had a one on one interview with Milele FM’s Jalang’o, on his YouTube channel, in a segment called, Bonga Na Jalang’o. The interview took place at the Mialle Lounge.

In the interview the mother of one disclosed about her being born in North London and coming back to Kenya while she was only three years old. Interestingly, she explained that she had stayed in Belgium until five years ago when she decided to return to and settle in Kenya.

She also delved into her journey in music and even her being a mother and what it meant to her. The artist claimed that despite studying tourism in the university, she had always desired to do something in the creative space and that was why she eventually got into singing.

She eventually talked about how she had forgiven Mwijaku for claiming that her son was his and not Diamond Platnumz’. She had forgiven him since he had openly apologized.

She also talked about her relationship with Diamond and how they were in good terms despite the break up they had gone through. She however explained that the Tanzanian artist was not supporting their child and that she was doing it all alone. She still said that she did not need him to help her as she was doing just fine.
