Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi has shared that the late Raila Amollo Odinga was full of excitement and optimism about the upcoming 20th anniversary of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). In a recent interview, Osotsi, who also serves as the ODM Deputy Party Leader, said Raila had been deeply involved in the planning and discussions leading
