Defense paints picture of Jeff Mwathi’s struggles before his tragic death
Lawyers representing Mugithi artiste Lawrence Njuguna, popularly known as DJ Fatxo, have told the court that the late Jeff Mwathi was suicidal. Appearing before Milimani Magistrate Rose Ndumbi on Monday, August 11, 2025, Fatxo’s legal team made this claim while cross-examining popular Mugithi singer Samuel Muchoki, known as Samidoh, who had just given his testimony.
