Former U.S. President Barack Obama has paid a glowing tribute to Kenya’s long-serving opposition leader Raila Odinga, hailing him as a “true champion of democracy” whose life and legacy transcended national boundaries.
In a heartfelt message shared on his official platforms, Obama described Raila as a “child of independence” who dedicated his life to advancing freedom, justice, and good governance in Kenya.
