Millie Odhiambo differs with Ruto over trading insults with opposition leaders

Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo has come out and reacted After President Ruto traded insults with Opposition Leaders.

Taking to her official Facebook Page, Millie Odhiambo said that she does not like the political rhetoric.

She appeared to differ with President Ruto’s decision to trade insults with the opposition leaders.

Millie Odhiambo instead advocated for an issue based competition as opposed to insults.

“I do not like the political rhetoric. Let us disagree on issues and on strategies of bringing positive change for Kenyans.” Reads Millie Odhiambo’s Message.

The message by Millie Odhiambo came after President Ruto fired back at Rigathi Gachagua who had mocked his weight loss. The leaders have been engaging in a political spat exchanging harsh words including body shaming each other in a manner that some may find embarrassing to mention.

For instance Gachagua mocked that they have been giving Ruto sleepless nights by exposing his corrupt deals to a point he has lost weight. However Ruto fired back by urging the opposition leaders to hit the gym, mocking that they just eat around, sleep and fart in meetings.

Millie Odhiambo has now differed with the kind of political rhetorics. She has urged the leaders to differ on issues and strategies instead of trading insults.
