The Directorate of Criminal Investigations has asked the public for urgent help in tracing a man wanted over the suspected rape and murder of a 28-year-old woman in Kirinyaga County.
According to investigators, the incident is believed to have happened on March 12, 2026 at an unknown time. Authorities say the woman was allegedly raped and later killed.
The suspect is said to come from Ngushui Village in Murinduko Location within Mwea Constituency. Police report that he has since disappeared and remains on the run.Investigators warn that the suspect should be approached with caution.
